Tajik Sambusa Snack Food

Sambusa, triangular shaped meat pies which are suit to accompany every meal. It is a stuffed pastry snack popular in Asia countries such as South Asia, Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Generally, Samosa consists of baked or fried pastry shell with savory fillings that are meats and vegetables like potatoes, onions, lentils or peas. The meat filling for traditional sambusa is lamb and onions.
