Kralan is a popular traditional sticky, rice covered cake dish of Cambodian, especially those made of Thma Krae village in Kratie Province that has been becoming well known for making of tastiest Kralanacross Cambodia. The common ingredients used to prepare Kralan are steamed rice, which mixed with grated coconut, coconut milk, peas and beans. This prepared mixture is stuffed inside a bamboo stick and slowly roasted until cooked.
