Afghan Lavash Bread Food

Traditionally, Lavash is made of flour, water and salt. The prepared dough is rolled out flat, sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds and slapped against the hot walls of a clay oven. It is served with dips, as an appertizer or healthy snack.
