Bruneian Ambuyat Food

Ambuyat is a gluey “porridge” with sago starch that is unique food of Bruneian dericed from the interior trunk of sago palm. It is using a pair of chopsticks (bamboo) cut from the rib of sago palm in order to twirl it up into a stick mass for dipping in a delicious sour fruit sauce.
