Singaporean Chilli Crab Seafood

Chilli crab is a traditional seafood dish originating from Singapore. It is created by Singaporean chef Cher Yam Tian with her husband. Mud crabs are commonly used and stir fried in a semi thick, sweet yet savoury tomato and chili based gravy.
