Pani Pure is a traditional Indian food that originated from Magadh, India. It is semolina balls filed with spicy water, typical of North and West Indian with its taste and mouth filling experience. Literally, Pani Puri means water in fried bread. It comprises a round, hollow, “puri”, fried crisp and filled with watery mixture of tamarind, chlies, chaat masala, potato, onion and chick peas.
