Bhutanese Red Rice and Cheese Food

One of the most popular traditional foods of Bhutanese is Ema Datse, which is prepared entirely from chilies and yak cheese or a cheese sauce. Spicy red chilies and green chilies, either dried or fresh are widely used in Bhutanese foods including this Ema Datse. Besides, yak cheese also preferred by most of the Bhutanese. It is also known as Hemadatsi, Ema Datshi or Ema Datsi. This traditional dish is undoubtedly delicious, distinctly Bhutanese but very hot.
